Job Description:

MicroAgility Services (Pvt) Ltd. seeking for the result oriented and self-motivated Project Coordinator for our Canadian project. It is a specialized Job Board for our clients in Canada. Candidate should have excellent time management and communication skills, to collaborate with client and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.  Candidate have to ensure that project (advance features and modules to this portal) is completed on time and meet high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager with daily base activities
  • Requirement gathering and documentation with the help of PM.
  • Breaking project into doable actions and setting time frames.
  • Close coordination with development team on daily basis.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and status reports.
  • Following up on timelines and targets with development team.
  • Helping with the QA and testing process.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Have a proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Have experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • Have an ability to prepare flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
  • Have basic to advanced knowledge of application development process.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.

Education:

 Graduate – Masters
